Hi there!

You must’ve had some good reason to end up here. So before you run off to find something more interesting, allow me to introduce myself.

Until a few months ago, this site once read ‘Anonymous Indian’. However, you should know that I was 14 when I first created this blog and for a fourteen year old heavily inspired by V for Vendetta, I thought this explicit ‘shroud of anonymity’ was cool enough to portray my idea of a vigilante with a pen. However, that doesn’t necessarily work out when you’re just a geeky kid behind a laptop who overthinks beyond the point of an existential crisis.

So let me start again.

Hi! My name is Vaishnavi Nandakumar and I turned 20 on the 29th of February 2020 ( I wish I was kidding). I started this blog when I was in 8th grade and honestly, it’s become so much more than that. I feel that my words have seen me grow, not just as a person but also as a writer and I’m glad and grateful that there’s a whole community to appreciate that venture.

  14. Hi, I came over to thank you for following my personal blog. I also visited from the “Debut Writers Journal” and commented on some of your work. You’re very talented.

    Now, for the big question: You say you are a 15-year-old leaper. So does that mean you are 15, counting only the leap years or counting every year since you came into the world? Of course, I know, legally, you couldn’t count just the leap years, but I was curious to know if you did so for your blog persona. Hopefully, you’ll forgive me for such blatant curiosity.

    1. Thank You so much for your wonderful feedback! 😀 To be exact, it has been 15 years and 2 months since I came into the world. 😉 Yeah, so literally I’m still a teenager 🙂
      However, I would also like to mention that I find Debut Writer Journal an extremely and innovative platform to give rise to talented writers. I thoroughly enjoyed the present poems and articles and is genuinely looking forward to more posts! 😀
